Half a month, depending on the availabilities. |
| How many people can use one accommodation ? |
Griffioen Business Flats offers all kind of apartments, from compact flats to king size apartments for a maximum of 3 residents and one guest. On demand we can always add an extra bed if the flat allows it. |
| Why do we have to pay a deposit ? |
The deposit is used to pay outstanding rental bills or to charge damages or extra energy use. |
| Do we have to bring our own bed linen? |
We offer hotel service: this includes bed linen and towels for bathroom and kitchen. |
| Do I have to clean the flat myself when I leave? |
We have a special team for cleaning on departure. Of course we count on the resident’s respect to leave the flat in an acceptable state. |
| What is the cancellation policy? |
As of the moment you say you want to rent the accommodation, the booking will be made. Because we are no hotel and most of our tenants book a long time in advance, it is not possible to cancel booking less than 30 days before arrival. |
| When do I get my deposit back ? |
If you make an appointment with the Business Flat manager at least 1 day in advance it will be possible to get your deposit back the day after you leave. |
| How long do I have to book in advance? |
As we are very flexible it is possible to book on the day of arrival. Of course this depends on the availability. Also, the earlier you book, the more options you'll have. |
| Do all contracts have to start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month? |
This is to be agreed when making the contract. We are flexible, depending on the availabilities. |
| Can I make a reservation and confirm later? |
Since we have large demand, we cannot make free reservations. If you need a flat please book in advance as soon as possible. |
| What about check-in? |
Normally you can check-in as from 14.00, if you want to check in earlier, please contact the Business Flat manager to check when your flat will be ready. |
| What about check-out ? |
We prefer you check out before 10.00, the latest at 12.00 (noon). If you want to check out later please contact the Business Flat manager. |
| Can I make bookings by fax or mail? |
Of course. |
| Can I bring my pet ? |
No pets are allowed in our residences. |
| Can I come and have a look before I book ? |
Of course, you can visit our residences 7/7 on appointment. |
